Windows 10 officially reached end of support on October 14th 2025, but security updates are available through the Extended Security Updates (ESU) program until October 12th 2027. If you enrol in the ESU programme your Windows 10 PC will continue to receive critical security updates beyond the official end of support date to help protect your system.

Your PC will continue to work but technical assistance, feature updates and fixes for Windows 10 will no longer be provided. 
Options for staying supported:
– install Windows 11 on your current PC if it meets the minimum system requirements (to check select ‘Settings > Privacy & Security > Windows Update’)
– buy a new PC with Windows 11 preinstalled
